We have been a locally owned and operated pharmacy since 1988. JB Compounding Pharmacy has recently located to Warwick, RI, near the Crown Plaza and across from the Shell gas station.  JB Pharmacy is owned by three very educated and highly experienced pharmacists. We are affiliated with HealthMart, which has the nation's largest number of independent community locations. We focus on compounded medications, immunizations, patient education and compound medication dispensing.

Our compounding specialists work closely with patients and their physicians to customize unique medication treatments, tailored to the patient's specific needs.
